Create A Harmonious Work Culture Where All Talents On Your Team Can Thrive
The Time, Menstruation, and Productivity Workshop & Course for More Equitable Teams
If we want to close the equity gap and have joyful, productive teams, we need to see everyone in their full humanity.
The default business in the United States is organized to support one kind of person:
Monochronic Man
He’s why the average office temperature is calibrated to the metabolic rate of a 40 year old, 154 lb man, leaving everyone else cold.
He’s why we feel we must strictly work 9 am to 6pm in said cold office, Monday through Friday, in order to “be most productive.”
He strongly believes that time is money. His approach to work is transactional and efficient.
His energy levels follow the daily rhythms of the sun.
The problem is, only 50% of the population (or less!) experiences life in this monochronic, male way.
Polychronic cultures are the cultures of the global south and the global majority.
We value time for connection, relationships, and tradition more than efficiency-minded monochrones.
Polychronic beings tend to follow the moon, as do people who bleed. We may move at a slower pace, though it is a costly mistake to assume this makes us less valuable or even less productive.
At Least 50% Of The Workforce is Neither Monochronic Nor Male
And yet everyone is taught to fit into the male-dominated paradigm at all costs.
It is costing us all in lost productivity and burned-out talent.
For people who bleed in particular, having to perform in a culture that stigmatizes their biology is a major source of burnout, oppression, and a missed opportunity for the company at large.
If businesses want to remain competitive and retain loyal, talented, diverse employees in the years to come, we need to disrupt this monochronic male-dominated culture.
I believe there is a more humane and equitable way to encourage meaningful productivity and creativity from our entire team.
Instead of working according to male biology only, we can make sure all bodies are seen and supported, never stigmatized.
Instead of imposing a rigid monochronic structure, we can create time management strategies where everyone is accountable for work that needs to get done AND has the flexibility, freedom, and respect to meet their unique needs.
Inés in the workplace helps you shift into a more harmonious, inclusive time culture.
The result?
And here’s what else
STUDIES SHOW:
Allowing for flexibility and autonomy is often the most productive thing you can do.
⏳Over the course of the pandemic, researchers found that work-from-home increased productivity by 40%
⏳ Offers an alternative that would have otherwise kept parents and senior caregivers out of the workforce.
⏳ Three-fourths of unemployed workers with disabilities cite discrimination in the workplace and lack of transportation as major factors that prevent them from working.
⏳ Eight in ten employees who receive professional development opportunities have been shown to realize 44% less absenteeism and 16% higher productivity.
Adapt strategies so that every person on your team can love their energy season instead of the outside clock
Ines is a live workshop and 8-module course that helps pro-justice teams navigate the power of cycles and biology, together and as individuals.
A blend of personal development, productivity strategy, communication building, and equity training, this work is powerful for both in-person and remote teams who want to work together more harmoniously with less burnout.
Participants of Inés will learn:
How to work with their energy seasons and together, adjust timing and schedules accordingly so they can bring their best.
Biological knowledge that promotes understanding to increase transparency and trust between team members, employers, and employees.
Humane, research-backed productivity strategies that apply to both in-person and remote teams of time-diverse folks.
How to improve employee retention and joy through respecting and centering the needs of people who bleed and polychronic folks.
Expect our experience together to flow as follows:
If you said yes to bringing Inés to your workplace, you will receive a follow-up email with next steps to begin prepping your team and creating your new workplace vision.
Your intro session is scheduled
Inside the visioning email, you will schedule your intro session.
We have a 45-minute intro session with you to set expectations and we have a supportive conversation to help us co-create the best experience for your team.
Introduction to Inés is scheduled for your team
We have a dedicated virtual (or in-person) time to introduce your team to Inés.
I go over the biology of the human body and we identify our natural time communication style.
We establish consent from all team members who choose to attend and define boundaries by providing a voice to each team member.
Team Access to Inés
After the introduction, your team gets access to Inés the course so they can learn at their own pace and begin tracking their energy seasons for 30 days.
Debrief Time
Once the team has finished Inés the course, we reconvene and explore their findings, answer questions, and co-create the work environment that works for everyone.
During our time together, we will explore boundaries, expansion statements, needs, wants, and wishes for your team to thrive at work.
I create a proposal based on the team’s needs and wants and present it to you to decide the best course of action.
The co-creation for a better workplace begins with the implementation of our findings.

The Curriculum and Expectations
I am dreaming of a future where work works for everyone
I grew up in Mexico City, I am a natural polychronic being working in a monochronic culture, the United States. I teach people how to stay productive and keep up with your goals by listening to the power of your inner voice.
Learning to work with my body through all my energy seasons has been foundational to the way I approach work and productivity.
In my work, I exist between the intersection of my studies of productivity and the menstrual cycle to guide entrepreneurs and teams who want to disrupt time tyranny and close the equity gap.
Because it’s about time women and all other humans besides men are seen and valued.
I believe in women, I believe women can create life, businesses, and time by listening to the voice we’ve been told to quiet since we were born. That voice deserves to be heard.
I help women avoid feeling like a failure because they can’t keep up with the hustle and grind culture, because they are tired, and because based on biology their bodies are not designed to work as fast as the world has been saying all this time.
When all employees are seen and supported the whole team can perform at their best.
Business owners who want to close the equity gap and retain employees should be asking,
Are you making your employees adapt to you? Or to an outdated corporate ideal?
How can you instead adapt to them for better harmony, productivity, and joy?
